Dear Parishioners and Friends,

With all of this sunshine and warmer weather, summer is in the air! At the rectory, the early peonies have begun to bloom, and we even have the first of the beautiful oriental poppies opened up.

St. Mary's is set to kick off the season with our annual camp fundraiser (more details below). All year round, one of our main priorities is reaching out in love to our neighbors. One of the most heartwarming things that we do in this endeavor is to make sure that every child that wants to attend our town's summer camp can do so. So please plan on attending "Camp Cocktails" on the great lawn of St. Mary's this Friday evening. $500 sends one child to camp, but all donations will be gratefully received. It will be fun for the whole family, and we will cap off the evening with our first summer movie night of the season. Movie nights are every fourth Friday in May, June, July, and August. They are free and open to everyone, as well as lots of fun.

Please support the Sloatsburg Food Pantry's benefit. As you can see from the numbers below, the first three months of the year the pantry has assisted so many of our neighbors with nutritious food to supplement what they can afford.
