Dear Parishioners and Friends,

As we begin the season of Lent, there are two things that I would like to remind you about: First, our Lenten Learning has begun and will continue on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm in Bentley Hall. Please bring a simple dish to share. Our topic is an exploration of the Anglican tradition of the daily office with the goal of learning how easy it is to pray the office on your own, or with a group. Please join us!

The second thing is that the Diocese is beginning a Mission Review process as a part of Bishop Heyd's transition to his new role as 17th Bishop of New York. The goal of the Mission Review will be to set shared priorities and align diocesan leadership structures and budget with the needs of local communities. Every parish and ministry of the diocese will participate. The process will begin with a series of listening sessions. The listening session for our area will take place at the Zoom link below on Saturday, March 16 at noon. Please save the date and click on the link to register.

This will be an opportunity for the Mission Review task force to listen to the hopes and needs of our community. A full report of the Mission Review and next steps will be shared at Diocesan Convention in November, 2024. Everyone is welcome, and a follow-up survey will be sent out after the listening session for further feedback.

Sunday School at 9:45am Every Sunday

The formation of children is a critical part of our mission. Service in church helps them learn about responsibility, charity, and self-sacrifice. Children are welcome to participate in our programs and/or attend church services with their parents. Under age 5, there is a a fun childcare program. Children ages 5 to 12 are welcome to attend Sunday School. Those 10 and older are encouraged to participate in the service as acolytes or readers.
