Philip Bullard, 85, of St. Jean-St. Germain, France, passed away peacefully with his 2 children, Heather and Jason Bullard by his bedside, on August 26th, 2023.
He was born to Donald and Berthe Bullard, June 30 1938, in Elmira, NY. His was a life filled with international travel, success in the banking world, and boundless energy for any adventure. He thrived with the love of his family & friends. With his athletic ability, keen intelligence & sharp wit, he really was a "force of nature". He will be greatly missed by his family and loved ones.
Philip is survived by his son Jason Bullard, daughter Heather Bullard, grandson Sébastien Bullard, his partner Maud Berger, and siblings John Bullard, Frances Ferns, and Marie Axworthy. He is predeceased by brother Charles Bullard. Rest In peace. We Love you.
